Looks more like a power connection issue with disk7, check/replace cables then post new diags after array start.

    All drives are on a back plane with three molex connectors so wouldn't I see more drives out if a power connection was loose?

    Thank you powered down checked connection, I see no issues with the connectors. Restarted and Drive 7 was OK. Maybe a power supply capacity issue that I need to monitor or replace it.
