I am trying to figure out the current license situation I have but am confused on how it works. I am under the impression there is a monthly cost now for something to do with licenses?

 

I am currently on a lifetime "basic" license and am trying to figure out how many drives I am allowed on this license. I currently have six drives including parity. I would like to add more in the new future (1-2 years)

 

Can someone help clear this topic up?

    EDIT:   There is no monthly fee as you are 'Grandfathered-in' by having a Basic, Plus or Pro license.
