Critical target errors, disk read errors

Featured Replies

Hello,

Last night I noticed that my server files became unavailable. I checked it this morning and found that the scheduled parity check (two days ago) failed. The UI was showing that disk2 was disabled. I downloaded the diagnostics and attached them (the earlier timestamp). I attempted to remove then re-add the disk and do a data rebuild. The data rebuild failed and started throwing read errors on disk0 (parity right?). I attempted to Stop the array but it got stuck unmounting. I then went to download the diagnostics and that did not work either (it appeared stuck and did not finish). I left everything alone for an hour or two then came back and it was still stuck. I pulled the power on the machine and the UI came back up. I am now showing disk4 as unmountable due to wrong or no filesystem and disk5 is stuck on Mounting... I was able to download diagnostics and have attached them below (the later timestamp).

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,

Dave

There are errors on multiple disks, possibly a power/connection issue, check/replace cables and post new diags, especially any power splitters.

Disk2 rebuild and scrub both completed without error - thanks for the help!! Sometimes it's good to be reminded of the [more] obvious things to check :)
