May 28, 20251 yr Hello all,Currently I have unRAID 6.12.13 that has been freezing/ locking up. The problem seems to be 2 issues in my Array. Current config:Array of1x 1TB HDD - Parity - This drive is vibrating heavily1x 1TB HDD - Disk 1 - This drive is struggling to spin up1x 1TB HDD - Disk 2Pool Devices1x 250GB NVMe - "Cache" Pool1x 4TB HDD - "Data" PoolAll drives are using an encrypted XFS filesystem. Only have "User Shares". "Disk Shares" are disabled in Settings. All Dockers etc point to /mnt/user .I have used used "Mover" to copy all files from the Array to the "Data" Pool by changing the Primary/ Secondary storage options for each share to Array+ "Data" Pool. I have a backup of the data and unRAID flash drive. Now, I am unsure what to do next....Current thinking is;1) Disable Array autostart2) Shutdown unRAID and physically remove Array Disks3) Boot up and use the "New Config" tool with the Preserve Current Assignments option, to reassign the 4TB HDD as Array Data Disk 1.4) Start Array and Edit Shares to set Primary Storage as the Array5) Done?I believe this will keep all the data and I can then add a Parity drive when I buy one at a later date.Is this correct? Thanks in advance!

May 28, 20251 yr Author Unfortunately upgrading is one of the ways in which the unRAID system is freezing. Visiting the "main" tab also hangs. I just tried grabbing the diagnostics to post them but I got a 404 error. Beginning to think the unRAID flashdrive is faulty along with those 2 failing hard disks.
May 29, 20251 yr Author Tried recreating my unRAID installation on a known working/ reliable Samsung Flash drive. However this evening, unRAID froze again. From the output on my screen when unRAID locked up, my problem seems to be this issue: https://forums.unraid.net/bug-reports/stable-releases/6123-multiple-php-fpm-child-exited-on-signal-9-r2649/?page=1I will remove the failing HDD's tomorrow. Then reduce the number of Dockers/ VMs I'm running, reboot to free memory and try updating again. Hopefully that will work.
