Spin down delay

Hey guys,

I have spin down delay to Never. I use the server as a Plex server. Should I put a spin down delay?

    It is really up to you!

    If disks are spun down then it can take a little longer to start up a media file, but on the other hand if the drives stay spun down most of the time you may save power.
