Random System Freezes

So maybe a 6 weeks ago my server started freezing. It's happened a total of 3 times now, so it runs for a few weeks before happening. I'm running headless and have to hold the power button down to kill the system and turn it back on to get it running again. This of course causes a parity scan.

How do I go about troubleshooting this? Are there logs I can pull NOW, or do I need to set something up now and wait for the next freeze to troubleshoot?
