NVME Recommendations for Storage?

Hi,

So I will start with that that I know it's not really ideal, but I maybe will start with tiny box that have 6 bay for NVME only.

I thought about 3 NVME as RAID5 or RAID10, and other one for cache, then total 4 discs and 2 for future.

I need some models that can handle this, do you have some recommendations?
