Cannot make changes to Docker CPU pinning

Whenever I make a change to the CPU pinning in the docker section it says please wait but nothing happens. Is there a way to just reset it from the console?

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
