Just stumbled across Emby searching this forum, but so far doesn't look like it manages other devices on the network. I used Disney Circle in the past and really appreciated how you could create users, assign devices to users, and limit the amount of total usage by user. Unfortunately my Circle is 15 years old and was only 100fx and don't even think you can DL the app anymore. I just bought a 'Bark' appliance which appears to be a close match to Disney, but haven't gotten it to work after 3 weeks of back and forth with support. I think they are just dragging me out past the 30 day return policy.

Looking for any suggestions now. Anything that can do what the Circle did would be ideal. I have Pi-hole doing both ad blocking and dhcp, but not a good way of pausing internet and keeping up with minecraft or roblox server IP's.

I use a Firewalla device to do this.
