Unraid Connect Unusable

Featured Replies

I service and manage 8 different Unraid servers. For months now, all of them have been listed as "offline" in Unraid Connect. I've updated each server to the latest version of the app and double check configurations multiple times and yet the problem still persists. Could someone provide me with a step-by-step process for completely removing Connect, deleting all background data concerning the app and then reinstalling and re-provisioning server so that I can start again with Connect? I'm almost ready to give up on using Connect completely but I want to give it a clean start and see what happens.

If you go to each server and sign out of Connect, it will trigger a removal from the system. We’re also planning on deploying a full infrastructure rebuild in the near future which I am hoping will resolve the spotty connectivity going forwards.

Hello unraid team.

I have five unraid server and the same situation as rdagitz. Sometimes all five or four or three or…… of the unraid servers are online. Sometime no one of the unraid servers are online.

Try today- I think we were aggressively rate limiting mothership causing too many disconnections!

Hello elibosley.

The situation is a little bit better.

Awesome! Let me know if you continue to have issues (feel free to direct message me your IP address as well) as that will allow me to see if you’re being rate limited by our firewall!
