August 6, 2025Aug 6 I service and manage 8 different Unraid servers. For months now, all of them have been listed as "offline" in Unraid Connect. I've updated each server to the latest version of the app and double check configurations multiple times and yet the problem still persists. Could someone provide me with a step-by-step process for completely removing Connect, deleting all background data concerning the app and then reinstalling and re-provisioning server so that I can start again with Connect? I'm almost ready to give up on using Connect completely but I want to give it a clean start and see what happens.
