August 10, 2025Aug 10 Hello,Woke up this morning with more the 20M error on my array. So much stuff in my syslog that nothing was working anymore and I had to manually reboot my server.Now, I have a disabled drive in my array.Smart TEST on all 3 drives came up with no error.Both my none-parity dirve have filesystem error (not fixed yet).You will find my diagnostic ZIP attached here:fat-bastard-diagnostics-20250810-1753.zipThank you for letting me know what I should do next…
August 11, 2025Aug 11 Community Expert Diags are after rebooting, so we can't see what happened. Post new ones after array start to see if the emulated disk is mounting.

August 11, 2025Aug 11 Community Expert Solution Emulated disk is mounting. Assuming the contents look correct, you can rebuild on top:https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/storage-management#rebuilding-a-drive-onto-itselfRecommend replacing cables for that disk before rebuilding to rule that out.
