Parity dropped offline. This is typically a power/connection issue; I recommend replacing the cables and resyncing parity.

Another option, since parity should be mostly valid, would be doing a new config, checking "parity is already valid", and then running a correcting check, it will take the same time, but the array should be mostly protected if another disk fails.
