Hello.

I replaced my parity drive a few weeks ago with a fresh drive, and I have started getting read errors on it. I am unsure of how to diagnose this, and any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much

    It's logged as a disk problem, you can run an extended SMART test on it to confirm.
