Cannot upgrade past v6.12.15 without the entire server crashing after 24ish hours requiring a reboot.

Featured Replies

Gave it a shot since 7.2 released and I hadn't tried since 7.0 and 7.1.

Still getting the same crashes. If I rever to 6.12.15 the server can run perfectly fine forever. Diagnostics attached, please help.

Btrfs is finding data corruption on both pool devices; this is typically a RAM problem:

Oct 31 10:21:47 RyanFlix kernel: BTRFS info (device nvme0n1p1): bdev /dev/nvme0n1p1 errs: wr 0, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 509, gen 0

Oct 31 10:21:47 RyanFlix kernel: BTRFS info (device nvme0n1p1): bdev /dev/nvme1n1p1 errs: wr 0, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 509, gen 0

But looks like you are using ECC RAM, scrub the pool and post the results from the GUI

Look in the syslog, and it should list the corrupt files detected during the scrub, those should be all deleted/restore from a backup, then run a another scrub to confirm 0 errors, after that reset the pool state and keep monitoring for a few days, any more new errors there's likely a hardware issue.
