Unraid - No Internet Access

Featured Replies

Tonight, seemingly randomly, my Unraid machine lost access to the internet (from what I can tell). I can log in via keyboard/monitor on the machine itself and access the web GUI, but cannot navigate to other sites in different tabs, perform OS update checks from the GUI, etc.

My containers and array spin up with no issue, although I cannot SSH into the machine from another device on my network and I can't actually connect to any of my containers from other devices.

I have not touched any settings/configs on my firewall or router in several weeks.

The only errors I see in the logs are regarding 'unraid nginx':

bind to 127.0.0.1:10443 failed (address already in use)

bind to <unraid-local-ip>:10443 failed (address already in use)

I don't deploy NGINX on my own. If this is for Unraid's management access, I'm not sure where this is coming from as I haven't changed any ports recently (I use Caddy on 443 and had changed Unraid's management port to 10443 several years ago).

Any thoughts?

Attach Diagnostics ZIP to your NEXT post in this thread.

What would be the simplest way to do so? I can't access the GUI from another machine to download the diagnostics, and my Unraid machine itself has no access to the Internet (or anything I can tell) to be able to upload them to.

Did you read the Diagnostics link?

Yes, but I cannot access the Unraid Forums from my Unraid machine (the only device with access to the GUI) to upload them to this post.

You missed this part:

WebGUI not available

Access via SSH, telnet, or direct console to run the diagnostics command. The zip file saves to /boot/logs.
