Update from 6.x -> 7.x using my "Unraid OS Plus" license?

After ignoring the version 7 for quite some time now, I now want to upgrade my Server. I bought an "Unraid OS Plus" license a few years ago.

1) Do I have to buy a new license to use Unraid 7? I do not need more than 12 drives.

I tried to read the upgrading instructions, but all I get is a 404 error:

2) Where can I find a How-To-Uprade guide? I realy realy do not want to break my system

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
