Help!! Array has gone offline. 2 disks no longer attached or wrong

I replaced I a disk in my array. Parity sync went fine but after rebooting server one disk is no longer included in the array and the other which I've tried to add in which said was missing, now says it wrong. Any troubleshooting help would really be appreciated.

    I'm not seeing any missing disk, which one is that?

    Also post the output from fdisk -l /dev/sdb and blkid /dev/sdb1
