Hi, I'm considering replacing my 5GbE USB with a 10GbE, e.g., the Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx. example

With 5GbE USB I got downgraded from Package C10 to C9.

I need to know if the Mellanox ConnectX-4 Lx (or another card) still allows at least C8.

Otherwise, I would abandon the project entirely.

Are there any experiences regarding the power consumption with a SFB+ fiber optic module?

I would appreciate any feedback.
