So i have 6 x 4TB hdd in my Storage pool at the moment, I have bought two 16TB HDD's to upgrade them.

Whats the best way to go About this?

I was going to use an external HDD by USB to run a pre clear on both disks and stress test them a bit before putting them in the case.

i was just going to swap out the parity first, let it rebuild and give it a few days then swap out one of the other drives and let it rebuild again?

i will also back up my unraid config.

any issues?
