8X8T组ZFS，RAIDZ２。一共３２Ｔ，已用１３T，现在我想拆掉４个盘，怎么操作？我的NAS是自已组的，共8个槽位。研究了半天。B站就没一个针对ZFS能讲清楚的减盘方案．官方说明里面也只看到减一块盘的说明．我这想减４块盘．具体怎么操作有人可以帮帮忙吗？

    RAIDZ vdev一旦创建，其磁盘数量就是固定的，不支持动态缩减。

    拆出来必须得有额外的盘替换才行
