Array will not start (button grayed out after click) and API Service offline.

I just transferred my server to a new tower (new mobo, processor, etc.) and now my Array will not start, and "Warning: API is offline!" has appeared. This will be the second time I've moved 'towers' - my work keeps tossing out newer and newer Dell micro PC's so I keep upgrading. The previous change went without issue.

The array reports "Stopped. Configuration valid." but when I click on Start, the button goes gray but the array doesn't... start. No dancing unraid logo, etc.

For context it appears like this, but the array doesn't start.

I have tried to create a new config, but that also does not seem to work - I click "Apply" and nothing happens.

There is a chance that the Pool device might have a bad PCIe controller, but everything tests ok in the BIOS and the SSD is recognized everywhere.

I'm at a loss. I have attached the diagnostics, but I need to emphasize that operating Unraid, outside the GUI is at the very upper limits of my technical ability, so please ELI5 any advice you might have.

I added the suggested "pcie_aspm=off" and "pci=noaer" commands to the kernel boot options and restarted. I already had ASPM disabled in the BIOS

I also wiped the flash drive and restored it from backup.

Either/or solved the main problem and the array started. The API remains offline, but I don't do any remote access so I'm not sure if that's really an issue.

I've had the PCIe error spam issue in previous towers but it didn't seem to affect function. Not sure what happened this time.

API is still needed for some other stuff, but the array and pools will work fine without it. You can try installing the Connect plugin, which includes a newer API, to see if it helps.
