June 2Jun 2 So we had a power outage. My device came up, shows array online. In both windows and android I can see the share, and that there is data on it, but none of the folders show after accessing the share. Jellyfin sees the share as intended as I see all my media, and the show I was watching played. I am at a loss. I did reboot a few times, updated the unraid OS. I have the diag file, but it seems like I cant post it on the first post. would just using an unraid file manager to move all my data to a new share work?
June 2Jun 2 Author lh-3210-diagnostics-20260602-1021.zipattached are the diags. I am doing a read check on the array now, and can see some/all(?) of my files in windows and android file explorer. I know drive 4 and 7 are faulty and I have replacements on the way so I do not think that is the issue. Edited June 2Jun 2 by Santaclausii
June 3Jun 3 According to diagnostics you have 3 user shares that no longer exist because they have no contents:B-----s shareUseCache="no" # Share does not exist d--a shareUseCache="yes" # Share does not exist m-----l shareUseCache="no" # Share does not existDo you think these should have contents? These user shares do exist:appdata shareUseCache="only" # Share exists on cache, disk1, disk2 m---a shareUseCache="no" # Share exists on disk1, disk2, disk3, disk5, disk6, disk7, disk8, disk9, disk10, disk11, disk12, disk13 system shareUseCache="yes" # Share exists on disk1I assume m---a is your media shareUnrelated, your appdata and system shares have files on the array. In fact, you have system configured to be moved to the array. Better if these are all on cache or other pool with nothing on the array, so Docker will perform better, and so array disks can spin down since these files are always open.
June 3Jun 3 Author yes those all should have data. The read check is almost done and that seemed to have corrected most of my issues. If I have data loss it is a bummer when I find it but I will manage. and yes I corrected that appdata to array since I saw that as I was going through things figuring this out.
