I tried stop docker, try stop VM (only home assistant), not working, dont get it

how can I track whats writting so many files on my cache SSD pool? on main page of disks see that cache ssd still writting like 1-100MB/s something, but dont know what exactly, I am hopeless, to end of this year will kill my ssds

    Assuming that's what we're seeing, 2.4TBW in a year is nothing.
