[Greek] New language request: el_GR (ελληνικά)

Hi Limetech team & @SpencerJ ,

I'd like to contribute a Greek (el_GR) translation of the Unraid webGUI. The webGUI already lists el_GR=ελληνικά (Greek) in languages.key, but there's no unraid/lang-el_GR repository yet, so I can't open a pull request.

The translation is ready and covers every file in lang-en_US (core webGUI, help text, and all plugin folders):

• Repository: https://github.com/indyone/unraid-lang-el_GR

• It's based on the current lang-en_US master, with the same file names, keys, tags, placeholders and Markdown/HTML.

• It includes a GLOSSARY.md so future Greek contributors keep the terminology consistent. Unraid-specific terms (Array, Pool, Parity, Cache, Share, Docker, VM, Flash, Plugin) stay in English, as Greek users normally say them.

Could you please:

1. Create unraid/lang-el_GR (seeded from lang-en_US, like the other languages), so I can open a PR with the translation.

2. Add lang-el_GR.xml to unraid/language-templates so the pack shows up in Apps. A draft is below.
