I have two unRaid servers.

 

Should only one of the servers have the Master Browser function enabled?

I don't think it matters.  All machines on a local Windows network will participate in an "election" process whereby they decide among themselves which will be the Master and which will be the Backup Master.  If the unRAID "Master browser" is Yes, then it will for a new election and try to become Master & probably win because it has a high "OS level".  Anyway, there's more fine control over this whch we may add.
