Unraid in ESXi gives error on startup

I moved my ESXi server to another case. Strarting the unraid VM gave the following error:

 

The systemId does not match the current system or the deviceId, and the vendorId does not match the device currently at 1:0.0

 

Can it be that not all disks are connected or one of the M1015s isn't installed yet?

 

It's further the same setup: X9SCM-F, 16 G memory, 2.5 inch laptopdrive as datastore.

 

Other VM's just start without problems, Win 7, ubuntu.
