Please what is wrong here? Many Parity Sync Errors!

Can someone please tell me what is wrong? I see many parity sync errors during a parity check. The cache and parity disk are RAID Volumes on a ARC1200 adapter. The data disk is on a M1015 adapter. Please see attached syslog.

 

Is it possible to start a Parity rebuild manually or is this what is happening?
