syun
Hi there, I am using SSDs currently for around a week and I got a hang on the BIOS with Boot POST (AMI BIOS: A2 - Fixed disk tested). I am not able to enter the setup page or do anything because it just hanged there. Had try to reboot the unit a few times without success. OS: ArchLinux system I moved the SSD to a window based PC - tested the SSDs with Intel SSD Toolbox software (no error at all). But, still fail to boot when I move the SSD back to the Linux based PC. Left no choice, I move the SSD back to th window PC and formatted the SSD and move the SSD back to the Linux system. And guess what? Linux system got boot up perfectly. This is not only happen to one SSD but 3 SSDs. I had just wonder what could had caused to the problem- Please advice! Thanks~! Link to comment
sureguy
Your problem doesn't seem to be related to unRAID. I'd check a forum for the motherboard that is generating the error. Also you may want to try to update the BIOS on your motherboard. Link to comment
