S3 sleep broken?

Featured Replies

I upgraded to 5.0RC5 and it seems the sleep function is broken. It puts my server to sleep just fine, but when it wakes up again (WOL) I can't ping it and I have to hard reboot it. Any suggestions on what I should attempt? It worked in the latest stable 4.x.

I don't think unraid supports S3 sleep natively, so this question should be directed to the author of the specific third party addon that you are trying to use.

Sorry for the late reply, didn't see the response. Well, I thought this was related to the linux kernel unraid is using as I get the same result if I send mem to the proc/acpi path, which is done without any add-ons. Anyway, I also wanted to follow-up on this and say it seems to work in RC10.
