Any thoughts on what could be causing this issue?

 

The full syslog is the same message over and over.  Not sure what to make of it.  Running 5.0 RC3, with sickbeard, CP, SABnzbd, obviously it is coming from there for some reason, but not sure why all of a sudden.  Is it safe to delete these folders?

For some reason, you have files using the same name on multiple drives. This should only happen if you manually placed files on more than one drive, speaks to other issues otherwise.

 

Since this seems to be a temp file directory, you can try manually removing the files off of disk7 and disk8.

Yeah, I thought it was strange.  When I look in the directories I don't see duplicates, so who knows.  I will clear the folders and see if it happens again.

Did you look at the folders on the drive share or the DownloadsTemp share? If the later, you would only see one file.

 

You'll need to check disk1-6 as well. The reported file is the 2nd occurrence.

went through and deleted all files out of cache.  This morning I have to errors in the log, so who knows.  I will keep an eye on things.
