How to change unmenu parity schedule?

Running unmenu on 4.7, if I want to change the day of month or have unmenu check parity more frequently, do I just play with:

 

echo "0 0 1 * *

 

in the monthly-parity-unmenu-package.conf file?

 

What do I have to restart afterwards?

    No, change it in the /boot/packages/monthly_parity_check.auto_install file, then reboot.

     

    You can use the editor built into unMENU on the "Config View/Edit" link to easily edit

    /boot/packages/monthly_parity_check.auto_install.
