Problems since simplefeatures install

Array has been completely stable for a few weeks. Installed simplefeatures today and since connection to the array has been spotty, eventually got to the point I could not connect to //tower or //tower:8080. Attempted to power down the array with the power button but would not cleanly shut down. Now I'm going through my second parity check of the day.

 

Is there a good place for me to start trouble shooting (I also installed sickbeard and sabnzbd in the last 48 hours) or should I just get rid of simplefeatures and hope it clears up?

    I'd start with SAB and Sick before Simple, those are both far more complex. How much memory does the system have?
