SMART Reports - Should I be worried - actions to take?

Dear Experts,

 

I have been getting quite frequent red balls on drives in my array which I wondered was down to the cables or something else?  Could anyone please help me interpret the reports below with their advice on what I should do?

You should order a replacement, preclear it and keep it ready to use..

 

The first drive shows some errors but nothing really spectacular, the Multi Zone Error Rate of the second drive however is pretty high... Now apparently the drive is still able to get it to work but in my opinion that will be a matter of time..

 

You should imagine that drives are build to continously partly fail.. They have systems and spare sectors built in to replace failing parts. The red balls themself should also tell you something.

 

Also make sure you double check cabling and replace possible failure candidates there, but in any case, keep a spair drive ready (a good idea in any case)
