Remove Disk and use it as Cache.

I would like to remove a 300 gig drive (Disk 8) and start to use it as a cache drive.  I copied all of the information off the Disk 8 and stopped unraid.  I unassigned the drive from disk8.

 

Should I now assign the drive to cache and hit restore?
