I hate rebates, but it's a great price, shipping was $7.54 to my zip code.

 

In my experience, Hitachi drives run hotter than WD or Samsung, but I don't have one of these to compare.

    I've had issues before with Hitachi honoring their rebates. They sent me something back saying it was not within spec.

    I'm usually very very careful about every detail and I know everything was within spec.
