"Free" space column on shares tab only shows free space of one disk

When I goto the shares tab, "Free" shows the free space of only one drive.  Here's my config:

3 x 2TB drives - data

1 x 3TB drive - parity

1 x 120GB SSD - cache

- high-water

- min space: 0

- split level: 0

- included disk(s): blank

- excluded disk(s): blank

My understanding is that with the Included disk(s) field blank, it should use all drives for the share.  I just got this setup configured (was using FreeNAS), and I'm still in the process of filling the share with data.  Only one disk is being filled right now, which is fine, since I'm using the high-water setting.  When I goto the Shares tab, it shows the free space as 1.82TB, the same free space it shows on the Main tab for disk1.  Shouldn't it show the difference of 6TB, rather than 2TB?  My concern is that something isn't configured correctly, and that when I get up to the 2TB mark, it's gonna tell me I'm out of space.

I did a search on the forums, and I've seen discussions about this, but it didn't seem to specifically address the question I have.  Sorry if it's still a repeat.

That does look a little strange!  Certainly on my system the Free Space value reflects the total of all the disks that are allowed to hold that share.

You might want to check the "Share Settings" option under the Setting Tab.  I am not sure what happens if there is any sort of discrepancy between the values there for included and excluded disks and the values for the individual shares on the Shares tab.

I think split level = 0 means that only one disk will be used for that share.

It does, from what I've found "Disabled" is what you want (Just puts any folder anywhere that'll take it):-

I don't have 2.57TB space free on any single drive:-

Split level 0 indicates YOU will create the directories on the disks for the files.  Since your user share exists on only one disk, it is the only one available for space for that share.

You should change that to split level 1 or higher if you wish unRAID to use the other disks.

Also, the stock unRAID distributed by lime-technology has NO free space total on its management screen.  You are apparently using an add-on.  Post questions about it in the customizations forum,  not here.

This is exactly what I wanted.  Free space is now 5.75TB.  I didn't catch this in any manual or wiki I read.  Thank you very much, sir.

Please see the included screenshot of my shares screen (before the above fix was implemented).  I initially put 4.x on here, but then found it wouldn't support >2TB disc, so I upgraded it to 5.0-rc11.  I also added my key file.  Other than that, I've added absolutely nothing to my flash drive.  I assure you I have absolutely no add-ons installed.  I haven't even explored what addons are available, nor how to installed them, so there's really no way an addon could have made it into my install.
