May 14, 201313 yr I have data drives in my 4.7 array that I no longer need. I need to get these cleared and moved on to my 5.0-rc12a array. I don't need the data anymore (I've moved all data over manually to the 5.0 array). is there a way to do this w.o. having 5.0 think this is good data or import into my current array? I think I can just bring the disks into a win7 machine, format it there, then bring it back into the 5.0, preclear 1round , and add to the 5.0 array? better way?
