I've got a original unraid system, the intel board, celeron processor and 512mb ram left from an upgrade, all works fine but only has a 10/100 nic if that matters to you. I don't think there has ever been an official answer (that I know of) if the license is transferable. In either case most people selling their UnRaid systems (in my experience) have been because they're doing a new system. So they sell the hardware but keep the license / USB key. I'm good either way.
