Help With Plex Log Errors

Featured Replies

I'm looking for help with the errors I am getting in my logs. I just want to try and fix the errors. Any input would be appreciated, thank you

The following suggests a permissions error. Have you checked the permissions of the files/directories to ensure set up correctly and have you recently upgraded?

Sep 26, 2013 00:18:06 [0xb5b586d0] ERROR - Unable to open named mutex 9334581e-7251-4ef7-a8ec-5bfe8e89ff68 with option 1: Permission denied

Sep 26, 2013 00:18:06 [0xb5b586d0] INFO - LibraryUpdateManager path watching is disabled

I'm not sure if the resulting errors, of which there are many are related to permissions or separate. Looking at the log I'd suggest posting it on the Plex forum as they'll be more people likely able to help

Thanks again wombat. I did fix error from last week that you commented on over at plex. But I see these errors now.

Previous errors were caused by files that were moved off my cache drive and I had plex app to use cache only
