Installing PHP

Featured Replies

I followed the instructions on this page here.

And I got everything working, and now I want to go about installing PHP.  So that I can transfer and integrate my personal website with the reverse proxy stuff.

I tried myself to install it, I downloaded the required packages to get php to run.  But have come up with nothing but errors. and problems with unraid.

Is there an easy way or anyway to install PHP?

Thanks.

Edit: I'm using unRAID 5.0 and the webgui plugin from git.

I recently had a similar need and based on some of forum postings I found (this in particular) I decided to skip the whole thing. It just seemed way too complicated. But since you have already setup almost the whole thing it might be a piece of cake for you ;)

I was going to use it internally. You seem to plan to use it also externally. What kind of security is used in this concept? Inherently unRAID is not designed to run externally published services. You might have this already covered but I thought I should ask for it just in case.
