Help! "special device /dev/disk/by-label/UNRAID does not exist" after reboot.

Featured Replies

Restarted unraid 4.3.3 today for the first time in a long time (stopped the array and clicked "reboot" in emhttp), and unfortunately unraid didn't appear to come back up.

After connecting a monitor, I see: "mount: special device /dev/disk/by-label/UNRAID does not exist" before getting to the login prompt.

The USB flash drive is still labeled "UNRAID".  Nothing in the configuration, hardware or software, has changed that I know of.

I'm at a loss to what could have happened.  Any ideas?

I ended up creating a new flash drive, and copying my config. over from the old one.  Boots up and works.

Guess the original flash drive got corrupted somehow.
