I have found that this board will also give you headaches without the latest firmware on unRAID Server 4.4.2 Symptoms: - Unable to obtain IP Address (BOTH ports) Please update to the latest version "R 1.2a" which can be found on Supermicro's website or by the following link: http://www.supermicro.com/support/bios/bios_zip/7sb4C198.zip Worked for our setup, hopefully it helps you! February 10, 200917 yr Author Sorry for the delay, but here it is: Running unRAID Server 4.4.2 (Pro) CPU: Intel E1200 Conroy MBD: Supermicro MBD-X7SBE PSU: Corsair CMPSU-650TX RAM: Mushkin 2GB Kit DDR2 800mHz SATAII: 2 x SuperMicro AOC-SAT2-MV8 (Cards running at 133mHz / 64bit) All hardware came with RED SATA Cables. Array Size: 5.3TB (1.1TB available) as follows: 3 x 1.5TB Seagate 7200.11 7 x 400GB Seagate 7200.10 1 x 1.5TB Seagate 7200.11 and 6 x 400GB Seagate 7200.10 not added to array....yet. Average Writes: 15 (MBps) (Range: 11MBps to 25MBps over FTP) (WithOUT cache drive) Average Reads: 38 (MBps) (Range: 30MBps to 42MBps over FTP) (Also tested using rsync to copy from one library to another over a local CIFS mount) Average Rebuild/Check: 69 (MBps) (Range: 29MBps to 100MBps) (Note: Achieved over 115MBps withOUT PCI-X cards.)
