April 10, 201412 yr I found a hp media server which i bought ages ago & never used! with 1Tb in it it has windows home server installed in it! everything i have is Mac sooo can i get rid of windoze on it & install Unraid which is much more flexible? that would save me loads of pennies on a drobo so I could buy more drives!!

It think the EX490s are likely to get a premium on eBay for those looking to replace. I know a couple of years ago I almost bought one (or was that a EX495?) for higher than I paid for my N40L maybe even the N54L. Thankfully someone out bid me and I went with a N40L that was on sale.
