Migrating TO 4.7 & Onward

As far as I understand from the documentation, 4.7 is currently the stepping stone version for all versions after it.  If you're pre-4.7, you have to switch to 4.7 before you can proceed upgrading to anything you'd like.

 

My problem is that the 4.7 link is broken.  I emailed tech support yesterday and they still haven't gotten back to me.  Does anyone know where a live link is?
