Problem with IPMI and java runtime

Every time I log in to IPMI I get a popup message that I need to update Java Runtime. I click OK but it seems that nothing is updating since I get the same message again the next time. What am I doing wrong?

    Are you using Internet Explorer 10 or 11?

     

    I had that problem and managed to get around it by setting IE to emulate IE 8 - press F12 to bring up developer options, then in Emulation set Document Mode to 8.

     

    Alternatively - try a different browser. I had success with Chrome.

    I'm using Safari vs 7. This problem doesn't occur with Firefox but I'd really like to get Safari working since that's my normal go to browser. As far as I can tell I'm not losing any functionality, I just have to select OK on the popup whenever I click certain tabs.

    3. Adjust your preference.
