Accidentally deleted files off of flash key during V5 upgrade

So I had a few flash keys plugged into my pc while I was doing an upgrade from 4.7 to 5.0.5, and stupid me I deleted the wrong drive.  Luckily I made a full backup before going ahead.  Only now after I copied the files back and plugged it back into my server to see if everything is back to normal I get "boot error".  Did I also delete the MBR? and if so how do I go about getting back.  The syslinux folder wasn't on my drive during upgrade so I copied over the syslinux folder from 5.0.5 and the make_bootable file but its giving me errors when it try and boot.

    yeah i think i need v4.7 of make_boot which i don't have.

    yeah got v4.7 and copied over the boot files. works not.  Now just to get V5 working correctly.
