During my last move, the movers smashed my usb stick thankfully i had the config backed up. I sent a note into support@ & tom@ with the new usb guid and a request for my second guid key to get activated. what is the expected response time because i think my email might be lost in a spam folder perhaps?

Tom often replies within minutes, but I would expect a few hours/same day pretty much for sure unless something dramatic has happened to Tom to keep him offline.

I sent it back on the 6th and haven't heard anything back. Guess ill just keep watching my inbox and spam folders then.
