BTRFS drive outside array - and error in syslog

Hi. i have mounted a btrfs drive outside the array as my VM disk, now I see these errors ( a part of all ines ) ... how is the best way to solve this ... ?

That didn't help, still a lot of  uncorrectable errors..... this disk was running perfect with RFS previuse, moved to btrfs last week, maybe move xfs for this as well and see what happens.

 

 

Or the disk have gone bad?
