November 1, 201411 yr For those that missed it, we held an open discussion IRC chat last night on the #unraid IRC channel on freenode. We did this rather impromptu chat to answer questions about the next beta and show a few screen shots. Some have been asking for a copy of the chat transcript, and thanks to Ice_Strike, we have one! But first, here were some of the highlights from the chat: The Dynamix webGui project is being merged into the next beta release of unRAID 6. Some features of the Dynamix plugins will be "built-in" on the next beta release, whereas others will still be plugins that have to be installed separate from the OS. The next beta release is any day now. We are very close and just working on the final touches before we get it out. A huge thanks goes out to bonienl and dlandon for all their work on this project. It truly is remarkable. We'll be featuring a blog post soon to give further recognition to this exciting merger of community and company work as well as a comprehensive overview of features.
