Spyderturbo007 Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 I'm setting up a new server for a friend and was assigning a cache drive as the 4 data drives were going through preclear. I accidentally assigned the cache drive to the Disk5 slot. How do I unassign the drive and move it to the cache drive slot? Link to comment
SSD Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 If you have no protected array and just assigned one disk to a disk slot and started the "array", you would want to stop the array and then do a new config to clear the disk assignment. Then you would be free to assign it to the cache slot. Link to comment
